We used to come here for nitrogen tire checks and they were super friendly. On this last visit, a receptionist was incredibly rude and arrogant, I imagine, treating us like we were asking for a handout. Honestly, I'm switching branches until that awful guy is gone.

Excellent service from Armando! Very fast service for tire changes, alignment, and balancing, plus great prices and promotions. The waiting area is very comfortable, with air conditioning, and they offer drinks while you wait. Highly recommended.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I arrived with my own tires for a basic service: tire change, balancing, and alignment.
And what was the response? “We don't change other people's tires.” Literally. They sent me back exactly as I arrived, without even offering a solution or showing any interest in helping me.
They don't aim to provide service, only to sell. If you don't buy the tires from them, they refuse to serve you, even if you're willing to pay for the service.
Disappointing service, zero professionalism, zero interest in the customer.
A place that doesn't deserve your time or your money. 👎👎👎
Much better to go somewhere that actually values the customer and wants to work.

I've been a Prodynamics customer for years. They have a great selection of tires and rims, excellent promotions on their website, great customer service in their branch, and the service is fast and efficient.

They don't honor any warranties, they change the versions, and it's always the customer's responsibility.
I don't recommend them.
