The service was terrible; the salesman, Jesús, treated my wife rudely when we paid. They already had the truck under the ramp where they park them, and they lifted it again so the tires wouldn't get stolen if I tried to run away like a criminal, even though we've been customers for many years. The best service came from the cashier, who was always friendly; he was the only one who understood what customer service is all about.

Regarding the purchase of four tires a year ago, everything seemed fine. They sold them to me with a lifetime nitrogen warranty. A few months later, one of the tires blew out, and they didn't honor the warranty. I had to buy another one. Now, when I returned for a nitrogen refill, there's a new, relatively young manager who is a despot and arrogant. He greeted me rudely and denied the warranty, saying that if I had it in writing, he would honor it, otherwise he would charge me $200 for the service or tell me to find the previous manager so he could resolve the issue.
I won't be buying from here again because when they try to sell you something, they promise you everything and then don't honor anything.

Terrible service. The salespeople chatted amongst themselves. When they finally helped me, they just told me, "Your order isn't here," without seeking a solution. Later, via WhatsApp, they told me my order was at another location. I asked to make the purchase right then and there, but still. TERRIBLE customer service. I bought the same part at Radial Tires, with a better price, a two-year warranty, and much better service.

These 5 stars are for Carlos (the tire installer), who was truly helpful and attentive.
I have no complaints about the other employees, but Carlos's service was outstanding.

They were rude when it came to changing our tire because they only sell tires that you buy on-site. However, they themselves told us two weeks ago that they didn't sell the tire we needed and we had to order it online precisely because they didn't have it... simple, rude answers, and it seems they don't want to make any money, even for the service.
