The service was terrible; the salesman, Jesús, treated my wife rudely when we paid. They already had the truck under the ramp where they park them, and they lifted it again so the tires wouldn't get stolen if I tried to run away like a criminal, even though we've been customers for many years. The best service came from the cashier, who was always friendly; he was the only one who understood what customer service is all about.

Regarding the purchase of four tires a year ago, everything seemed fine. They sold them to me with a lifetime nitrogen warranty. A few months later, one of the tires blew out, and they didn't honor the warranty. I had to buy another one. Now, when I returned for a nitrogen refill, there's a new, relatively young manager who is a despot and arrogant. He greeted me rudely and denied the warranty, saying that if I had it in writing, he would honor it, otherwise he would charge me $200 for the service or tell me to find the previous manager so he could resolve the issue.
I won't be buying from here again because when they try to sell you something, they promise you everything and then don't honor anything.

Terrible service. The salespeople were chatting amongst themselves, and when they finally attended to me, they just told me my order wasn't there without offering any solution. Later, they told me via WhatsApp that my order was at another branch. I asked to make the purchase right then and there, but they still wouldn't help. AWFUL customer service. I bought the same part at Radial Tires for a better price, a two-year warranty, and a thousand times better service.

These 5 stars are for Carlos (the tire installer), who was truly helpful and attentive.
I have no complaints about the other employees, but Carlos's service was outstanding.

I found a great deal on four Pirelli tires at 6 monthly installments. The installer was very skilled and had the right equipment, so they didn't damage my aluminum rims at all. The service was excellent, and the installation time wasn't excessive like at other places. They also have a wide variety of rims for cars and trucks. Highly recommended.
