I have a written 5-year warranty on my tires.
This company's warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on. In all the time I've had the tires, this is the second time I've had them service my vehicle. The first time (more than 18 months ago) they charged me 100 pesos for the patch, which is what they normally cost. Today, during the rainy season and during potholes, they want to charge 500 pesos for the same patch because Pro Dynamics wants to stop covering those services. According to their own employee (Gerardo), he also suggested I go to the tire shop around the corner (closed Saturday afternoon) and send them a message if I didn't agree.
I had previously had my four tires replaced there due to their good service, but with these new policies, on my next tire purchase, it would be better to look for a reputable option, or at least one that doesn't make false promises and then evade responsibility.

Well, I wrote to them where they told me to, and that was the last I heard from them and their "excellent" service.
It's like some exes: they talk to you nicely, make empty promises, but don't resolve anything.

Terrible service from the advisors at the branch. They treat you in a rude and arrogant manner; they get angry if you don't agree to pay for the packages they offer (which are significantly overpriced). Unfortunately, I don't have the names of the advisors, but the service is very poor from the moment they greet you at the entrance. I do not recommend it.

The worst thing is that they don't quote you because it's not a priority for them to handle sales by phone. It only matters if you're there at the branch, meaning if you're from outside and want to pick it up, it's impossible. You're not a priority.
