Very bad experience, a simple change of rims and tires took 3 days, they didn't give me any solution, apart from that they are not clear about what they ask for, you take what they asked for and that part is not the one you need and they make you go for another one and they don't give you frank and precise instructions, you almost have to guess and on top of that they left the wheel lug nuts loose, the wheel almost came off halfway.

Terrible service. They couldn't even align my truck. The first time, they told me I needed to replace a part. I replaced it, went back, and again they couldn't do the job. Plus, they ruined the part I replaced, and I had to buy another one. Another thing, they left the steering wheel crooked, which shows they don't know how to do their job. Now my truck pulls to one side, and I have to pay for the repair and the expense of something that wasn't even broken.

The girl with long, slightly curly blue hair wasn't wearing a mask. Out of respect, I refrained from taking a picture, but when you asked her about the men's restroom for customers, it was closed, and she didn't know anything else. She didn't even bother to ask. She's the one who works there and knows where to go. In the end, she went into the women's restroom, which was the only one open. This was while waiting for the tire to be put on... Well, we're not from here, it was the closest option, although after reading the bad reviews, I hope it turns out well. Oh look, she put her mask on now... Oh, she took it off... I worked in the government sector, and I saw that kind of poor service a lot towards the beneficiaries, which is why I quit. Be very careful with customer service, not just because it's private... because it depends much more on the customers... And nowadays we see that times are changing... Nothing and no one is guaranteed. Good treatment is free. We all experience stress in some way, I know. But we need to strengthen that aspect. Respectful treatment in customer service doesn't cost them anything. Imagine if you asked me for emergency medical service and I told you I didn't know where it was (even though I work here). I'd just say, "I don't know," and leave you there. Is it because I'm busy? Or because I don't know and don't want to ask? Or it simply doesn't work for some reason, and that's it. Their job is done. Anyway... I hope they keep improving.

Excellent service, the staff is very attentive, and if they're not in stock, they make them to order and they arrive very quickly in 1 or 2 days. The best Michelin distributor here in Zacatecas.

Very slow to work; the employees spend their time playing around and don't concentrate. A simple patch takes over 45 minutes. P.S. They were stuffing their faces with tamales.
Better service at the Boulevard branch; they replaced my shocks and did my alignment in one hour.
