Excellent service - i had a low tire - they filled it and checked the others at no charge - knowing I wouldnt be buying anything soon - they said my tires were in great shape with a long life remaining. I will go here when I need tires

It's one of the best places to buy tires. They have good prices and many agreements with companies in Colima for exclusive discounts. They are very professional and offer mechanical services. If the mechanic notices any damage or issue that might affect the car's performance, they notify the customer and ask if they agree to the repair. They carry different brands to fit any budget, accept credit cards, and are very attentive. 100% recommended.

Despite the good infrastructure and modern equipment, the service is slow. Furthermore, the customer service is terrible; anyone not on their phone looks like they have a stomachache. Later, I returned because something was wrong with my car, and they did fix it, but their poor coordination between the office and the mechanics caused even more delays.

The service isn't very good. The Navy's loan always requires long repayment terms to generate more interest. I requested an online quote, but they never responded, and two of their operators left me on read on WhatsApp, since I contacted both branches in Villa de Antioquia.
