Today I went to have my car serviced. From the start, I received poor service, being told they didn't have my appointment, which I had already made via WhatsApp. The woman who attended to me said she had no knowledge of this and treated me in a very unprofessional manner. When I picked up my car, they didn't show me the work done and didn't bother to give me any details about the service. I left with a very bad impression, especially since I had previously had my car serviced there and had been very satisfied.

The service was good, they offered me various quotes and the best thing is that they have months with credit card

Terrible service. They damage parts while doing the work and return it to you like that, without any regard for their customers' safety. When you complain, they tell you it was damaged that way. The day before I took it in, I changed the tire on my car myself, tightening the lug nuts as much as I could with my other fingers and using a lug wrench. When they returned it to me, two lug nuts were already stripped.

Is there no way to give zero stars? Terrible service. I took my car in to have the brake pads replaced and the rotors resurfaced. I had to bring it back about five times because it squeaked when braking, and to top it all off, it's still squeaking; it never stopped.
And I noticed something: when the salesman quoted me for the brake pads, he specified a brand. I researched it, and it seemed to be good quality, but the last time I took the car back, he let slip a different brand, and it was a knock-off. So, I got ripped off. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and frustration; just take your car somewhere else.
