Today, Saturday, February 28th, I went to get a quote for tires for my wife's truck. The young woman who helped me (a chubby woman with glasses) 1) was dealing with a personal issue (on the phone). 2) Once she was free, I told her the tire size I needed (not Michelin). Her expression clearly indicated she didn't want to do anything. She just wrote down the tire size and price on a piece of paper and practically threw it at me. I believe this and many other businesses need a lot more customer service training. Basic service elements: 1. Offer solutions 2. Show interest in all potential customers (phone, email) 3. Excellent service is recommended; poor service is also recommended.

Why don't they respond to all comments? It's important for customers to know how each comment or complaint is handled. Remember, that's how they evaluate the quality of service.
