Excellent service from the technicians because they know my work, but the service in the office leaves much to be desired as the receptionists are disorganized...they need to pay more attention to that....

I took my vehicle to be disassembled, assembled, aligned, and balanced. But to my surprise, the worker offered to put nitrogen in my tires for 50 pesos and that he wouldn't report it. I didn't agree, and then he tried to steal my old tires. When I complained, as a regular employee, he got intense and responded, "We don't keep trash." They offered to check the cameras in their offices to prove it to us. We took our tires, and when we entered, it turned out they had an area where they store trash, more tires, haha, ironic. The employee's defense was to say that he hadn't been working for long and that he didn't know, but he was the same one who offered me the great deal of 50 pesos. When I didn't agree, he wanted to steal my tires, or the establishment that does that to sell the famous "roosters." Very bad experience with the staff, so I would recommend future customers to go to Michelin later or to Astro to avoid these problems and not get a headache (because we wanted to look for another option we had a bad time, sad that a place would lower its quality because of employees).

Good place for tire changes and balancing; if they don't have your tire size in stock, they'll order it for you, and their prices are affordable. The best part is their promotions.
