Very bad experience, excessively slow process and very high costs for something as simple as changing shock absorbers and a couple of sway bar links, and the alignment wasn't done correctly.

Excellent service from the technicians because they know my work, but the service in the office leaves much to be desired as the receptionists are disorganized...they need to pay more attention to that....

I took my vehicle in for tire removal, mounting, alignment, and balancing. But to my surprise, the worker offered to fill my tires with nitrogen for 50 pesos and said he wouldn't report it. I refused, and he tried to steal my old tires. When I complained, like any typical employee, he got aggressive and said, "We don't keep 'trash.'" He offered to check the security camera footage at the office to prove it, but we took our tires. And when we went in, they conveniently had an area where they store "trash"—more tires! Ironically, the employee's defense was that he hadn't been working there long and didn't know, but he was the same one who offered me the 50-peso deal. When I refused, he tried to steal my tires, or maybe the establishment does that to sell the famous "gallos" (a slang term for cheap, high-quality tires). A very bad experience with the staff, so I would recommend that future customers go to Michelin or Astro to avoid these problems and a headache (because we wanted to look for another option, we had a bad time; it's sad that a place's quality drops due to its employees).

Excellent service. They attended to us quickly. The service they provided for my vehicle's tires was very good. Highly recommended.
