I went in for a tire change (all four tires), alignment, and balancing. It took a little over two hours. Overall, the service and customer service seemed good. It was a bit more expensive than average, but sometimes it's better to pay extra than have a bad experience. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because they left the seat and door panels filthy (covered in grease). The mechanics climbed on top of the car to move it and didn't even clean themselves or put down any plastic to avoid getting the interior dirty. Since I like to keep the interior clean, I was quite disappointed. I hope they take this into account as an area for improvement. Otherwise, the service was good.
