Do not do business with these clowns. I had someone fluent in Spanish contact these losers to order a set of Pirelli P7 tires. They jerked me off for three weeks. They will not honor the price they quoted. Today another call was made to them regarding my order. “Good News”. They can offer me the Pirelli P0’s at the price they quoted me. Basically, they told me to F-off. What kind of reputable business does things in this Manner? I could’ve ordered the same tires from Walmart and had them shipped to me and installed locally they were on special. That sale is no longer valid. So basically, pro dynamics screwed me over for the past three weeks and cost me from replacing my tires that I desperately wanted to buy, I wouldn’t buy anything from those losers ever. You don’t treat customers that way. I highly recommend that you take your tire business elsewhere. Pro dynamics should rename their business. Suck dynamics. They totally suck.

I'm giving them 5 stars because they're very good at lying, delaying quotes, and giving responses. How is it possible that a simple quote took them over a month and a half to get a response? Two weeks ago, I called and they told me they'd call me back in 10 minutes with the quote. Thirty minutes passed, I called back, and they said I was speaking with their colleague. I messaged their colleague again, and they just read the message on WhatsApp. Either their employees are mediocre, or they're just too lazy to find another job. P.S.: To this day, they still haven't received that quote. Be careful and patient with these kinds of people. They're a good brand, but the staff's service is terrible. Only two people are decent, and one of them is a mechanic. The rest of the floor staff are just awful.

Terrible service. I went to have my car aligned because the steering wheel was crooked due to an accident, and the person who helped me had to perform the "alignment" twice because the first time he did it only made the crooked steering wheel worse. After the second time, I decided to leave because he only excused himself by saying they needed to check it because if the second time he did the alignment it wasn't correct, it was probably because it was damaged. He also used the accident as an excuse to justify his lack of knowledge. Since I was still uncertain, I took it to GONTEZ, where they told me there was nothing wrong with the car, they checked it, aligned it, fixed the steering wheel, and it was cheaper. Don't waste your time, find another place 👍🏻

TERRIBLE SERVICE do not go to this branch in the month of November I went to change the 4 tires of my car because in the month of December I was going to make a long trip on the road for this they give me my car I go on a trip and when I pick up my car at 110 km / h it began to vibrate which is why I had to reduce the speed, returning to Guadalajara I take it to my trusted mechanic to check it and surprise a lug nut broke (explanation in the video) it is not just anything and how UNPROFESSIONAL OF THE MECHANICS of the branch to remain silent knowing what THEIR error can cause gosh !!!
