Everything went wrong with my purchase of two tires. - It took them a month to deliver my tires, when they initially told me 10 days maximum, but hey, I was able to deal with this, but not with the poor service. - The branch "manager" wasn't able to provide us with a solution until we had to escalate the situation. - They didn't take the slightest care when mounting the tires; my two rims ended up scratched, even though they were intact. - Not to mention the customer service. AWFUL SERVICE!
