TERRIBLE AFTER-SALES SERVICE
A couple of days ago I received my tire order and asked for information about the installation procedure. They told me that the supposed advisor, Sam Rodriguez, would contact me, but he didn't. The next day I told them that the advisor still hadn't contacted me and that I needed them to resolve the issue because I was going on a road trip and needed to have new tires. They told me they had already informed him. That day passed and nothing happened again. Today I wrote to them again, and since I still hadn't received a response, I had to go and pay someone to install them. Later, they contacted me to ask if the advisor had contacted me yet, and I replied that he hadn't and that I was going to use this channel to express my dissatisfaction and the POOR service I received.

Fast service; the tire I was looking for wasn't in stock at the branch, but they ordered it and installed it very quickly. The price was above average. Good service from the sales team.
