The staff was misinformed about when they could install the tires based on my payment method, so I had to wait another day and make a pointless trip.
Furthermore, they did the wheel balancing incorrectly. There was a lot of vibration in the steering, which wasn't there before the tire change. I had to get the wheels balanced at another shop on a trip out of town.

POOR SERVICE:
I request your support with the status of a refund. I have been checking to request a refund since January 9, 2024, but the date has not yet been set. I have checked multiple times, and they only tell me it is available in 3 days, then in a week. They have kept coming back, and it has not been set yet.

Bad after-sales experience. They waste your time by having limited staff. It's no use having multiple ramps if they can only service one car at a time, even though they've been notified of the time it will arrive.
