Excellent service! They changed the tires on a Beetle I was restoring, and even though I didn't buy the tires from them, they still helped me. The good thing is that they fill the tires with nitrogen, which helps prevent the rims from rusting since it's not air, so it doesn't carry water molecules. Few places offer this treatment.

I bought a tire on MercadoLibre, and since I'm a Prodynamics customer, I thought they could help me get it installed. I wanted to pay for the great service they provide, but in the end, I was disappointed when they wouldn't let me pay for the service. I know I bought the tire outside, but I was willing to pay for the service they always provide. It's a shame they took me there; they just made excuses and gave me the finger. It's a shame that I've been a customer at the Qro and Gómez Morín branches. I thank Vulka in Morones Prieto for providing the service you couldn't. Terrible service from the guy who helped me, his attitude was very "customer-oriented."

They made a mistake and charged my credit card double. And they wanted me to use a different payment method. I could have paid another way, but their attitude left much to be desired. They expect the customer to fix their mistakes. My refund still hasn't been processed. They had to remove and reinstall the tires I had, and they did a terrible job; my truck vibrates at 80 km/h.

There's no zero-star option, otherwise that's what I would write.
They sold my son four tires plus one balancing. They couldn't do the balancing (why sell something they can't do?) and they still haven't refunded the 1700 pesos… No problem, PROFECO will take care of summoning them.

Terrible service. I bought my tires online and selected the Calzada del Valle branch. They took a long time to confirm and ended up assigning me this branch (Calzada San Pedro). They didn't specify a delivery time, so I arrived an hour before closing time. They greeted me cursing and telling me I should have arrived earlier. I told them they hadn't specified a time and they replied that it wasn't their problem. Even so, they carried out the service, and while I was in the waiting room they turned off the lights because they were closing. They yelled at me that the exchange was ready, without even letting me check. In the end, I asked the guy who gave me the car if he could keep one of my tires, which was in good condition, as a backup (since it wouldn't fit in my car). I was supposed to pick it up on Monday, and his first response was no. I told him they were closing and asked him to give me a chance. He said yes... I went on Monday, and it turned out he'd thrown my tire away, even though he'd confirmed he'd keep it. He was incredibly rude and said they wouldn't be responsible for what happened.
I don't understand why they work if they don't want to. They're not doing me a favor. Tires aren't worth three pesos, so I don't deserve such poor service. The arrogant and rude attitude, and the lack of internal communication, are unacceptable under any circumstances. If you want rude service, celebrate not requesting an invoice (because apparently it's too much work for them too) and complain about an internal company process, this is the branch for you. Otherwise, I highly recommend the service at the Calzada del Valle branch; they are super attentive, friendly, and very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have.
