At first I saw this place a bit empty and I was skeptical. However upon leaving my car I was greeted warmly, the attention was incredible since they followed up on every step of my car and it was fair priced. I went to get my wheels aligned for a BMW (which only a few places besides the agency can do it) also I received my car in two days due to a replacement part that was needed.

I took my car to have it scanned. And they didn't charge me.
On Himno Nacional corner of Vista Hermosa.
They scanned it and only one front ABS sensor was faulty.
And the rear shock absorbers.
$1,500 for labor.
And I brought them the spare parts.
$3,721 pesos for new, high-quality spare parts.
And the car is perfect.
It was completely fixed in 2 hours.
They don't make up details to scam you.

The receptionist provided excellent service and attention. However, the technician, Víctor David Martínez Morales, provided poor service.
They charged me for four spark plugs. They sent me a photo of the ones they said they were going to install. When I checked, I had the same spark plugs from my vehicle; my spark plugs were fine and didn't need replacing.

I've always taken my vehicle there for service; they're truly friendly and attentive. They always do a thorough and precise inspection, and if they find anything extra, they let you know so you can see if they can replace it. There's a lot of communication via WhatsApp.
