I'd been bringing my car there for years, but after their star mechanic left, it's not the same. From the car hitting the wrong gears, overheating, and me not understanding why... to having it checked at two garages (to remove the bandage) and realizing I paid so much, trusting in their work... it's sad... their silicone seals and lack of commitment from some. I hope the owner realizes that he still seems like a good person to me...

Terrible service. It seems they're not interested in selling. I requested a quote for four tires and I'm still waiting. That's where their professionalism as a company really shines.
Responding to you: there's something called courtesy. If you don't have the requested product in stock to provide a quote, it costs you nothing to inform the potential customer that you don't have it.
I'll say it again: this table shows how professional they are as a company. The fact that they even bothered to read the comment here and respond, but didn't check who requested a quote and is still waiting for a response, to at least notify them when the product becomes available, tells me they're not serious and are only trying to pretend they care about their potential customers.
They may not care, but they've lost a customer. And remember, a good recommendation can bring you one customer, but a bad one can cost you ten.

I honestly thought I'd settle in at this shop to take my cars, but during the last service they performed on my car, while driving on the highway, I noticed a strange noise. I barely had a chance to get off at the side of the road and realized they hadn't tightened the lug nuts, and the tire was about to come off... thank God, I was able to stop in time... I called one of their mechanics, and he went to "tighten" the lug nuts on all the tires (supposedly they should have done that before handing my car over). However, I didn't receive any apologies from the owners or managers; they only offered to replace one of the lug nuts that the tire had lost.
I don't usually write these types of complaints, but personally, they help me decide where to go and where not to go.

Very good shop. I took my car there for the first time for a 4-tire alignment and balancing, and the service and attention were very good. I then took it in for an oil change, and I liked the way the staff treated me. I can confidently recommend them. Feel free to bring your vehicles there. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Whenever I bring my car in, they always treat me very well, they are very attentive and quick, the reception lady is very kind.
