I had a very bad experience.
I took in a nearly new tire for warranty service, and the counter staff were rude from the start. They didn't create a service request and initially refused to provide any documentation (like a receipt) that would reassure me that it was covered under warranty.
In the end, they only sent a WhatsApp message because we insisted.
I'm not the type of person who leaves bad reviews, but warranties exist to give customers peace of mind when buying a product. That's why the treatment and lack of professionalism I received were so outrageous.
Because of this situation, I'm filing a complaint directly with Bridgestone. This supplier should review their staff's behavior because instead of gaining customers, they're losing them.
I recommend considering other suppliers where the service is better, since tires can be obtained just as easily and with much more professional service.

The guy who installed my tires was great, quick, and friendly the whole time. The sales guys give you a hard time if you don't accept the insurance they're trying to sell you, and also if you don't get the alignment done with them. The woman who takes your money is incredibly unfriendly. I have no desire to go back to that branch.

I bought them online and they confirmed my tire installation appointment for the next day. First of all, at the counter they give you dirty looks if you buy online and not through them. Second, the online sales rep didn't confirm with the branch and I had to wait 1.5 hours while they argued before giving me my tires. If I hadn't already paid, I honestly would have left. They should send their purchase order when they confirm their order so they can avoid the hassle I had.

In terms of products, we could say that they are good since they are tires and rims, quality/price, so they are relatively good. However, the attention of the advisors is terrible. I recommend buying online and going to another place to install them to avoid going to the branch as much as possible.

I bought two tires and they broke the center caps on the rims. It's better to go to Querétaro and not buy them in San Juan.
