Made contact with my advisor Alberto on WhatsApp. Scheduled a day and time and Hector did a quick and well done 👍 install of my tires. Good prices, excellent service. My truck is new, I hit a pothole and got a flat tire. Yes, Prodynamics was the cheapest place I found the same tire, but I completely regret going there. The guy who changed the tire was in a terrible mood. Since I'd already hit 10,000 kilometers, I also asked for a tire rotation, and he got angry because he had to do double the work—his exact words were, "You're making me do double the work," right in front of me, his customer. He practically kicked me out halfway through the job, saying, "You can go pay now." He scraped the rim where he put the new tire, as well as another rim when he put the lug nuts on, because he was doing it reluctantly and quickly, like he was collecting an inheritance. I didn't notice at first because it was dirty, but afterward, I went to wash it and that's when I saw his awful work. I recommend Radial on Paseo Querétaro, where they patched a tire for me once and didn't leave a single scratch. The service is impeccable, from the customer service to the workmanship. It is more expensive, but it's worth it. By the way, they had a couple more cars to work on, with all the staff chatting inside; it's not like they were swamped considering how rushed they were. Now I have to go to Radial to see if they did the balancing right, double the time wasted, a total disaster.

Terrible experience buying tires there. I'd been buying them at that branch for years, but the last time the service was awful. I went to pick up my tires the day before, and on the day they were supposed to be installed, they told me they had arrived. I arrived at 5:00 pm and didn't leave until 7:00 pm when they closed. The tires weren't there, and they never told me. When I approached them to ask, the staff were extremely rude, and it wasn't until they were ready to leave that they told me my car was ready. I was never rude, and I didn't receive good service. Try to buy your tires somewhere else.
