Don't buy from this store. They never give you an answer about tires if you buy them online. Now, they claim they install them for you, and it's a lie since they don't offer installation service. They send you to another store. Cimatario Jurquilla, etc. Honestly, terrible service. I won't buy anything again. They keep you waiting. They're not professional at all. Super rude and ill-mannered, especially the guy at the front desk. They don't solve anything for you.

Well, I'm sharing the promotion that came to my email. I contacted them, but as always, they were just answering machines. I sent them WhatsApp messages, and they responded very well until I asked them which branch I could go to for the promotion, and they didn't answer anything.
This is the second time I've suffered with this company. The first time I went, well, I went to get a quote, and like I told them, let me think about it, and at that moment, I didn't buy. Their treatment changed a lot, as if I couldn't buy or I didn't have enough money. This company seems to want rich people to satisfy their egos. But those of us who don't buy on impulse or check quality or prices, which is also very valid, despise these types of customers. I hope the real owners of this company contact me and follow through. Hahaha, I'm laughing at myself.
The truth is that in every company, the bad guys are the directors or the upper-classmen, since they feel like demigods who are impossible to reach and touch. Unfortunately, the owners don't know this. I recommend going to another tire company.
