I took my Durango for an alignment, but they left the steering wheel crooked, and when I loosen it, it pulls to the right. For what they charge for an alignment, they should do it right the first time.

Terrible service. You call and they tell you they'll attend to you as soon as you arrive, but when you get there they tell you to wait over an hour for them to even take your car. They don't do their job properly. They changed a tire and damaged the tire pressure sensor. They refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes, offering excuses that make no sense. When I brought the car in, it was fine, but the problem started when they gave it back to me, and the air pressure sensor warning light came on. Upon inspection, I found the tire pressure sensor was damaged. I was shocked to discover it was faulty. I'm filing a complaint with PROFECO (Mexico's consumer protection agency). - ——————UPDATE:——————- - I received a satisfactory response from the manager and the issue was resolved. I appreciate the attention I received and the prompt solution.
