Excellent service from Juan Estrada and Rodrigo Fernández. The delivery was high-quality and on time. I was able to enjoy a caramel espresso macchiato in the waiting area.

Terrible service, not recommended at all. The staff is completely apathetic, with only one person working eight tires. The service is awful; it's like they're doing you a favor by serving you and trying to sell you something, while the "service" staff sit around on their cell phones. The "salespeople" and the "service" staff pretend to be busy, ignoring you completely. It's definitely better to go to other tire shops. Here, you won't get good service or anything. They take between two and three hours to change a pair of tires. Honestly, their staff works incredibly slowly, and the service is terrible. I took two tires on my car to be changed, and they took forever to finish. A service that should take a maximum of 30 minutes is made incredibly frustrating.

I took my Durango for an alignment, but they left the steering wheel crooked, and when I loosen it, it pulls to the right. For what they charge for an alignment, they should do it right the first time.

A few years ago, the service and quality of care were top-notch. Unfortunately, in recent years, three years to be exact. The service is terrible, the mechanical quality is terrible, the service from the advisors is terrible and deceptive. The prices are ufff, VIP, very informal. Perhaps it's because they've become complacent. I imagine the owner must have a lot of money and is no longer interested in the franchise. Fortunately, there are many more options.
