Terrible place for a tune-up service.
I had it done recently and asked for a general diagnostic to identify any other problems. They "diagnosed problems" with car parts I'd barely replaced and that haven't caused any issues, so I suspected they were lying to me.
The biggest problem was that they "failed to detect" an obvious oil leak, which is visible as soon as you open the hood. I returned it and was told they didn't repair that. I never actually asked for it to be repaired; I just wanted them to help me figure out if there were other things that needed fixing.
I took it to another mechanic to check out that problem, and it turns out this place provided a terrible service. Not only did they install a broken oil filter, but they also wrapped it in some kind of glue that was only going to cause problems.
I paid for it thinking it was a quality place and was surprised to find it worse than other establishments that appear to be of lower quality.
Be careful with this place.

I'm sharing my experience with this branch and the person who runs it. I came here specifically because it's a Michelin shop. I went for a brake pad change. At the end of the job, they broke a tire plug on my car, thinking I wouldn't notice.
Days went by, and not a single apology call or anything. I had to complain about both my tire plug and the poor work done by the technician. I didn't have insurance and the noise was making a noise, so I had to take it to the dealership just for a simple brake pad change.
When I returned to that branch, I wanted to go directly to the manager for a solution. The man rudely and impolitely told me that the money wouldn't be refunded, and that I could go to another mechanic if I wanted it. There was no other option. I asked him his name, and he refused to give it to me. But he was an old codger. People like that shouldn't have that kind of position; they don't know how to solve problems or treat people.
Recommendation...
Do not go to that branch due to their lack of experience and the terrible service from their management.
I don't plan on returning to that branch.

Terrible service. They charge you but don't have the tires in stock, and they're very accommodating. They call you and say they don't have them, come in for the money. Very bad service, they really don't care about losing customers.

Today, I want to say that I was satisfied with the service I requested. The time it took to complete the work was quick and well done. I made an appointment for them to work on my car, so I arrived at the scheduled time, and they started working on it immediately. I arrived at 9:00 AM and left at 10:00 AM.
The place looks very professional, and they take your suggestions into account regarding your needs. I told them my steering wheel was slightly tilted to the left, and they fixed it. I think they also have very affordable prices, and you can pay with card or cash. They don't charge any fees for using the terminal, and they also invoice you.
