Attentive and prompt service. You can quote or make an appointment by phone where they will still assist you in a friendly manner. Good service and variety of products. Very good service, quality and price. I note that they follow all contingency health protocols, so please wear face masks properly placed. There you will find sanitizer at the entrance, for shoes and hands.

I don't recommend it. I took my truck in for a tune-up. They have two types: one economical and one more expensive. I paid for the more expensive one, but the service leaves much to be desired. They supposedly do an inspection to see if it needs additional service, but they didn't. It includes a wash of the engine, a body wash, and a vacuuming of the interior. It turns out it was only half washed, the body came out greased, and the interior had a broken cooler lid. Unfortunately, I realized it too late, as I don't usually use the back seat. I recommend avoiding this place.

Ms. Gloria urgently needs training!!! Today I attended for a second service that Mr. Lázaro proposed to me, however, at 9:00 am, Ms. Gloria began to assist a gentleman who arrived half an hour after me, so I told her I had arrived first. Long story short, she didn't care that I had arrived first; she went up to the gentleman and served him, which makes me think they are elitist since apparently they served him first because he was a man. After much back and forth, I waited until 9:40 am without Mr. Lázaro or any other advisor arriving, so in order to avoid having to endure Mrs. Gloria's poor disposition, I left without the service I had attended for. Therefore, this person urgently needs training since she forgets that she is the customer window of Llantera Garay and not only does she leave the customer in a bad light but also the company.

You have to get information from the advisor piecemeal, and you have to be careful that they return the used parts because sometimes they don't. The secretary has poor character and lacks customer service. The quotes are very high.
