The service was terrible. I went with my mom and a guy at the counter treated us very badly and was very rude. I hope the owners properly evaluate the quality of their staff's service because it leaves much to be desired.

Always the best technical service, prices, and promotions year-round. They carry the best tire brands and distribute several brands of tires and spare parts.
They offer a variety of services and excellent technical advice.
A good option for what I was looking for.

Not Recommended.
I had a very bad experience. I took my car to have two Michelin front tires installed, which, despite being dealers, they couldn't get.
They told me they were having problems with the suspension struts, so I asked them to replace the parts. It took them a couple of days to get them, but so far, so good.
When I went to pick up my car, I noticed it was very dusty and I noticed ash in the trunk. Since it's an open area, I brought them the dusty car. I didn't think it was anything other than dust, but no, the weekend I cleaned it, I realized it had been scratched.
I told them about the problem via WhatsApp and sent them my evidence. They told me it wasn't them and that they would prove it to me. They would send me photos from their security cameras to prove it. I told them to please do so, as it would be very easy to prove with a photo how it arrived and with another photo how it left. But in two weeks, they never sent me anything, they didn't contact me, and they didn't take responsibility.
I understand that carelessness can happen, but it's unacceptable to not take responsibility.
I don't recommend you go there. They are polite and friendly, but if you have a bad experience like mine, you'll realize the lack of professionalism and the lack of care they can show.
I'm sharing a photo of how they scratched it. I'm also sharing photos of the car's general condition and how, after the bad experience I had, I had the car polished, and fortunately, it came back as good as new.

Terrible service. I took my car to have the gears checked and they charged me 19,000 pesos.
They changed the antifreeze, and that same day it started smoking. They broke the antifreeze cap.
The next day, while driving, one of the tire caps came off because they didn't put the securing bolts on properly. To top it off, 3 or 4 days later, the tread they had just replaced started to squeak.
They use low-quality materials, they don't want to take responsibility for the damage they cause to the cars, and they're completely careless with their customers. Because the manager went to a meeting, they left me without a car for an extra day because I hadn't signed the release papers even though the car was already "ready."
I don't recommend them at all, under any circumstances.

I was really intrigued, during Holy Week I took advantage of the 4-tire promotion and didn't change them later because they didn't have them in the branch, the day I went to change them, they took me to the waiting room like any other customer, then the staff came in for me to sign the documents and they told me that the alignment was not under warranty because the car had several things damaged in the suspension, something they never called me to show me, even the car was on the way out... I doubt they did an alignment since the steering wheel is still as misaligned as when it arrived, the truth is I've visited other tire shops and their service is much better, whenever the car is wrong with something they call me and show me. They even promised to send me the quote for the suspension and I'm still waiting after 15 days...
