Taking my car to this place was the worst decision I ever made. I went in to get the rear brake pads replaced, and of course, they started checking the whole car to make me spend more money by scaring me into thinking everything was wrong. But the worst part is that after paying 8,000 pesos for front shocks, rotors, and rear brakes so my car would supposedly be in perfect working order, a month later I took it to another shop for new tires, and they told me the shocks were bad. So I went back to Tirex to claim the warranty. There, they told me that supposedly the top plate for the shock absorber mount was missing, and that was the problem. It's impossible that it fell off on just one side since it's bolted to the shock absorber mount. When they reassembled it, they didn't put it on. When I asked them for a solution, it turns out they couldn't get that part and told me to find it myself somehow. I had to buy it from a dealership. I thought that was it, but no. Yesterday, while driving on the highway, my brakes failed. It turns out a bolt fell off the base of the left rear brake disc they replaced (I want to believe they installed it loosely and it came undone while driving, not that they didn't install it at all), and it almost caused an accident because I was in the mountains of Oaxaca. I managed to roll my car to a proper mechanic who fixed the problem, but I lost my entire day and put myself at risk by having to drive without brakes. Don't waste your money.

I went with a problem that other workshops wanted to charge a lot for, and that wasn't even the problem. They quickly found the problem and solved it. I'm very happy with their service and will definitely return.

I wish they could add interest-free monthly options, but as far as quality and service go, there are no complaints. I've been going to this place for years. It should have more reviews.

Excellent service from the staff. It's not my first time here, and I always come back because of the trust they've built in me.
