You stop by the day before, ask for all the information about what you need, they tell you you have an appointment the next day! You arrive on time, and they make you wait, and after half an hour I leave!! Sales are important because from what I can see, a vehicle arrived early to buy 4 tires, and it's not the same to earn 7 or 8 thousand as $600 for my alignment. But once the client arrives, be honest and tell them, don't just say, "I'll get it right now!" You make money sitting there; if I don't move, I don't earn, and my time is just as valuable as your sales!
