Honestly, for the price, you'd expect better service and attention. They don't take responsibility for the damage they cause themselves. They stole a lug nut and refused to take responsibility. For the brand and prices they charge, they leave much to be desired.

A well-located branch run by an inexperienced manager who'll do anything to make a sale. It's a shame, considering my family always buys tires from this brand. I recommend saving yourselves the trouble at this place.

I just called at 9:31 a.m. on November 23rd, asking about a tire, and they left me waiting for 15 minutes. Afterwards, a young man answers and leaves me hanging on the line because he was making an arrangement for breakfast with a certain Mary... There should be more seriousness when dealing with customers over the phone.
