I arrived and the staff completely ignored my presence. No one came to help me, so I entered the store's office and, sitting at a desk, approached a young lady who reluctantly looked at me. I had to tell her straight away: "Can you sell me four tires?" They didn't give me any information about the product, only the price. I ended up crossing the street and buying at Goodyear, where they served me well. In conclusion, terrible customer service.

For the good end they work very quickly, if any detail comes up here they will mention it, but I am not giving it 5 stars because they forgot to put my old tires on my car and almost forgot them with them.

Waiting time is appropriate for the service requested. Customer service is good and the service is of excellent quality.

They scammed my mom; they said they changed the stabilizer bolts, but the noise continued. When we took it to another mechanic, he confirmed that they never changed the bolts and that a steering roller was bent. According to them, they did the diagnosis and the repair was just a scam.
