To follow other remarks here, I’m done with this place. I’ve been skeptical about here for the last couple of years but this last visit takes the cake. It used to be good, fast service at a reasonable price and they didn’t try to sell you on extras.
So I just went for my oil change appointment, scheduled days ahead of time. It took 2 hours. I know it’s not Canada but back there I could have gotten 4 cars done with no appointment. But not so bad. I also made sure to emphasize it was a basic oil change and filter, lube and air filter, only. The bill was 2400 pesos or about $165.00 Canadian. So be warned. I could have had 2 cars done in Canada for that much. On the good side they didn’t try to tell me this time that my suspension was trash or my brakes shot or anything else. Aside from the time the service was good. But that price slayed me.

EDIT: the management reached out to me and actively listened to my suggestions regarding resolving this issue. I give them full marks for actually caring and being committed to customer concerns and continuous improvement.
I made an appointment for an oil change as they had a promo price for oil changes. This should only take about 20 minutes to change the oil and filter. An hour later they bring me one of my spark plugs and photos of my air filter then try to upsell me to replace both. I said I only wanted an oil change today as I had things to do. Half an hour later, they show me pictures of my disk brakes and say that I have a small brake fluid leak. I get it that they are trying to make money but I never once implied that I wanted my car taken apart or inspected. I'm sure they do good work but if you go in because of a sale price on service, be prepared to spend your day there and get the hard upsell.

They never found what my car’s problem was, were asking 12’000 pesos, took8 days, then I took it to a good garage in Versailles and everything has been solved within 2 hours ,
payed 700 pesos!
