Very good service, but the offices haven't been remodeled, and the bathrooms are dirty and run-down. I think a better image would be appropriate. Thank you. Regards.

They serve you superbly from the moment you arrive. The staff is very friendly and explains if your car has any defects. I only came for a tire installation, and it was super fast.

The telephone service from Ms. Clara was terrible. She answers very politely at first and even asks for your name, but because she's "busy" dealing with her retirement fund (AFORE), she leaves you waiting for up to 35 minutes, listening to her attend to other clients and coworkers while recounting all the issues with her AFORE switch. When she finally realizes she's left you on hold (perhaps because she saw the phone was off the hook), she pretends not to hear you and then hangs up. When you call back, she even acts "offended" because, according to her, she has "many" clients and you're not the only one. She then starts attending to you as if she's doing you a "favor," and her apologies are more routine than sincere. It's a shame to be treated this way. Perhaps I'm just one of many customers they have, but I honestly wouldn't go there because of this. I went to Radial Llantas instead; without a doubt, the service there was excellent, and they treated me normally, just like any other customer.
