Excelente servicio, desde la recepcion del auto, las indicaciones a seguir, costos y hora de entrega, son puntuales y atentos, he hecho cambio de llantas, frenos, alineacion y balanceo y todo sin falla alguna.

I bought a pair of Michelin Runflat tires for my vehicle and wanted to pay for them in installments with my HSBC credit card. However, I couldn't complete the purchase with the installment plan, but I could pay in full. I'm upset because there's no notice stating that these cards aren't accepted for installment plans, and it really bothers me because this is the first time out of many purchases and services I've used with the group. I hope this problem can be resolved, and even though I like the service, just because I can't make an interest-free purchase, I'd rather switch providers to ensure I'm completely satisfied.
