I took my car to this tire shop for alignment and balancing, and at first, everything seemed fine. Shortly after, a humming noise started while driving, and I noticed uneven wear on the tires.
Second visit (under warranty): They inspected the car, replaced a part, and told me the tire wear wasn't due to their work. When I picked it up, the humming noise continued, and the car was still misaligned.
Third visit: They indicated the noise was coming from the same part but on the opposite side. They replaced it and realigned the tires. The humming noise was fixed, but the alignment still wasn't right. I don't mind if a job isn't perfect the first time, but after three visits, and on all three occasions, I left the car in the morning and they didn't return it until the afternoon, almost at closing time, making me lose my entire day each time. After all this, my experience was unsatisfactory, and the problem wasn't resolved.

I went to buy some tires for my vehicle. The service was good. They have a waiting room with a TV, tea, coffee, and other items. The restrooms and the area were clean. Overall, the service was good. Prices and promotions were average. The opening hours were good. Overall, they were good, but not great.

They have the best Michelin tires and other brands, the equipment is state-of-the-art, and the staff is friendly and clearly receives ongoing training. They also offer great promotions and payment options.
