Overall, the service is good, the prices are reasonable, the facilities are a bit worn, the wait time is short, and they work very quickly. There are only two issues: the workshop layout is very small and there's only one entrance, which makes it very difficult to move around freely. Adding to that, some inconsiderate people park in front of the entrance to get quotes, and if a car needs to enter or exit, it's complete chaos. Honestly, it's the design of the space, but if there's only one entrance, out of respect and consideration, I won't park in front of it! 🤦🏻♂️🤔

Terrible service. They told me my tire was destroyed, that I shouldn't use it anymore and that I should leave it there. In reality, it was the rim that was damaged. I went to the vulca somewhere else and they told me the tire was perfect. They just want to get more money from you. Plus, one day they give me a ticket with one price and the next day with another. Be careful and don't leave your tires here.

Revise el producto que quería en su pagina web, llegue a la sucursal solo a validar que el precio fuera el mismo, y estuve esperando 20 minutos para ser atendida ( y estoy casi segura q fue porq se olvidaron que estaba en la sala de espera) el personal ahí cero actitud de servicio, apaticos. El chico que coloca las llantas y rines, es el único que resalto en su servicio por su amabilidad y rapidez.
La verdad no recomiendo mucho la sucursal, prueba en otra. 🙃
