I saw an offer online, I requested it from a salesperson and right when it was time to go he told me that there was no more availability, I contacted the Call Center by phone, they passed me on to a manager and he made sure that they would respect the price, they would take the tires to the nearest branch and he was attentive the whole time, I had already bought tires here and the truth is that the way of solving things and the commitment that was made left me very happy with the service and I will definitely buy here again because if there is a problem I already know that here they will solve it and they don't wash their hands of it like in other places where they simply tell you there isn't a problem and that's it.

CAR WORLD CENTER'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. I bought tires at Walmart, where you are the supplier, and I've requested my invoice 10,000 times, but you still haven't sent it. I will never buy from you again. It's illegal not to provide a sales receipt.

Excellent service. Very friendly and good customer service. They replaced a sensor on my tire, and I had a nail in one of my tires, which they fixed without charging me. The shop looks clean and organized.

A very well-equipped tire store with modern facilities and excellent customer service. My only complaint is that the tire prices are somewhat high compared to other stores in the same category, but that doesn't stop me from saying they have a good selection of top-brand tires and very good service. They also have ongoing promotions.
