It has a lot of variety and good prices, but the staff's service wasn't very pleasant. When I arrived, they were chatting and I had to interrupt them to ask for help since I had been waiting and no one came to assist me.

When you buy tires and have them installed there, check before you leave that they have your center cap emblems because in my case they were stolen and I only realized it a few days later 😒😬

Everyone serves you very well. They are very professional in their treatment and attention. They tell you what might be wrong with the suspension and brake pads so you can repair them.

I made an appointment for Cumbres or San Pedro and they sent me to this branch. It's terrible that they don't respect where you want to go. Besides, the Urdiales branch is awful; they don't honor appointments. They tell you to wait because two cars just arrived without appointments, even though I had scheduled my appointment the day before. They move you to another branch and then tell you that I have to bring the tires myself, but that I have to pay for them at that branch. I get to the other branch and they say they hadn't been told anything, that I was already on my way. Plus, the air conditioning in the office doesn't even work. I should have bought them at Costco; they're $2,000 more expensive, but the service is much better and more efficient. At Prodynamics, I wasted more than two hours. And there's nowhere to complain; if you post a complaint on their social media, they just stop responding. TERRIBLE PLACE.
