It took them near 2 hours to change 2 tires from my car, there were cars that arrived after me and were finish before mine. And they change all 4 tires.
I will doubt to return to this place

The truth is, I went to have my front tires aligned because I had a toe-in wear problem. They checked me out and told me that I had the entire suspension and that it had to be changed to be able to align it, even though the entire suspension was changed in just over 6 months. They wanted me to change the entire suspension, giving me a 14,000 brochure and not being able to prove that my suspension was damaged.

If you're looking for tires for any vehicle, from economy to luxury, you're sure to find them there. They carry run-flat tires for luxury vehicles, and if they don't have them, they'll get them for you.

Terrible service, they told me that for $400 it would include alignment, balancing and rotation of the 4 wheels, they only did the balancing and the steering wheel is still vibrating at high speed, the girl who charged was simply angry, super attentive to WhatsApp but not even a little bit of attention to her work, the receipt they gave me does not specify the work they supposedly did, it only says "labor" $400.00.
The studs, far from calibrating them, let the impact gun fall, it is assumed that the mechanic is qualified and knows what he is doing,
I think that since my vehicle needed very little, it does not represent a good business for them and that explains their very derogatory treatment. This happened at the Gonzalitos branch on November 21, 2017. Don't go, there are many other options.

I want to highlight the kindness and excellent customer service of Adrian Patiño, who handles inquiries through the website, and Eden Garcia, from the Colón and Nueva Rosita branches.
