It took them near 2 hours to change 2 tires from my car, there were cars that arrived after me and were finish before mine. And they change all 4 tires.

The truth is, I went to get my front wheels aligned because I had a problem with wear and toe-in. They checked them and told me my entire suspension was damaged and needed to be replaced before they could align it, even though the entire suspension had been replaced just six months prior. They wanted me to replace the whole suspension, giving me a quote for 14,000 pesos, and they couldn't even prove that my suspension was damaged.

Terrible service. They told me that $400 would include alignment, balancing, and rotation of all four wheels. They only balanced them, and the steering wheel still vibrates at high speeds. The woman taking payments was simply furious, super attentive to WhatsApp but completely indifferent to her work. The receipt they gave me doesn't specify the work they supposedly did; it just says "labor" $400.00.
Instead of adjusting the lug nuts, they just dropped the impact wrench on them. The mechanic is supposed to be qualified and know what he's doing. I think that since my vehicle needed very little work, it wasn't a good deal for them, which explains their disrespectful treatment. This happened at the Gonzalitos branch on November 21, 2017. Don't go there; there are many other options.

I want to highlight the kindness and excellent customer service of Adrian Patiño, who handles inquiries through the website, and Eden Garcia, from the Colón and Nueva Rosita branches. I believe it's worthwhile to share my customer experience with Prodinamics, and I hope many other companies learn from them.
