The person that gives you attention on this place its quite busy and takes a little time to get info and resolve your tire problem, beside that its good.

It's so complicated to get tires and have them in stock. But everything was handled very quickly over the phone, and the service at the shop was excellent.
Although they don't take appointments, it didn't take more than two hours to change all the tires. Their waiting room is set at a deliciously cold temperature.
I even went back a week later because I could hear something. They took the tire off, checked it, looked around, and made me feel super confident that everything was fine.

Terrible service. The staff treats you with a bad attitude from the moment you arrive for advice. They seem to be new employees and unfamiliar with their duties. They broke my tire pressure sensor, which they refused to take responsibility for. They charged me and left me with the broken sensor and the warning light on my dashboard. Save yourself the bad experience.

I got a quote over the phone, they gave me a price and even told me that if they didn't have the tires in stock, it would take them an hour to order them. When I got to the branch, they told me they didn't remember speaking to me on the phone and that they didn't have the tires they quoted me for, only a higher-end model at a higher price, obviously.
