I'd like to begin by mentioning the incredibly professional service I received from the initial contact, when they gave me a quote for the tires my vehicle needed.
Then, when I scheduled the appointment for the tire change and alignment, everything was spotless in the facilities; the work area and waiting area were immaculate.
The work was very quick and efficient, the prices were very reasonable, and I can say without a doubt that I found the best option in terms of price, quality, and warranty for my tires.

I went to the branch after being notified that the tires were ready for installation. But they made me return, saying the order wasn't in the system yet. So confusing… Then I bought from Grupo Raga, and their service is impeccable.

Very good service, it's the fourth one that's been changed. I think they have an agreement with the mayor to increase the number of potholes in Monterrey.

Excellent attention and service. I recommend scheduling an appointment outside of peak hours because it's on a busy avenue, but other than that, everything was great.
