I went on Saturday, June 28, 2025, without an appointment. They have a waiting room (cool and comfortable), I was served quickly, and I can rate the service in terms of time, cost, and attention as very good. I definitely recommend it. I also want to thank the Astrollantas Tacuba team!! 👍🤝🏆

Terrible service, they act like they're doing you a favor. Their system confirms stock and sends you an order number, but nobody contacts you. The branch seems unfamiliar with its own system and tells you they don't have the product, that they'll order it and it will arrive in a day. You're better off going to another tire shop.
