It's not just a tire shop, or as it's commonly known, a repair shop, but it has a range of services to offer, in addition to good customer service, but as I've always said, nowhere is perfect, there are very insignificant details that can ruin the consumer experience.

Terrible service. I went to the Las Torres branch for a suspension problem. Their staff assured me it was the steering box. After changing it, it remained exactly the same, but it turned out to be just the ball joints and fork bushings. I don't know how Michelin lends its brand to people who don't even know how to diagnose.
