They take too long for a 20-minute service, it took almost an hour and a half, and the place was empty.

Terrible service. It took an hour to check a filter. They told me, "Here it is, come back in 10 minutes for the oil change." It took another hour to check, they didn't have the filter, they went to get one, and it wasn't the right one. They made me waste 4 hours. Terrible service, they don't know how to use the computer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
I am informing you that the oil they put in my vehicle is one of their own brands, which damaged my car's engine.

Terrible service. Almost four years ago, I bought shock absorbers for my car and they told me they had a four-year warranty. Today, I took my car in to have the rear shock absorbers checked and to have my four-year warranty honored, and they told me they only had a two-year warranty, that the supplier doesn't carry those with a four-year warranty, that they're a different brand. Terrible service. I'll never go back and buy anything from them again.

Very expensive, I bought 2 new tires for the car, they checked it from head to toe, one of the tires I bought wore out in less than 6 months, even the wires were visible, they told me it was because of a hub but they were supposed to have already checked all of that, 4000 pesos for two tires, I paid it because I thought it was a good service, but I was disappointed
