It is a professional establishment with very good service. They offer several packages for your car and they do it in a very professional way. I would definitely go again to change my tires there.

Terrible service. I ordered two tires online and went to the appointment they gave me, but the woman who helped me said they couldn't install them until the afternoon. I went back the next day and it turns out they actually DON'T have my tires and don't know when they'll arrive. This woman is awful, doesn't check orders properly, and on top of that, doesn't solve anything, just blaming others. I just want my tires. I will never go back.

I took my car in because the insurance company only flagged two damaged rims, but they returned it to me with all four rims damaged. The service I paid for was straightening and painting two rims, but only one appears to have been repaired, and it's precisely the one that ended up the most broken and bent. They didn't specify which rims they would repair, and they didn't provide any proof of the work done.
Furthermore, I feel it's important to point out that, as a woman, I felt they tried to take advantage of me: they wanted to charge more and do a shoddy job, assuming I wouldn't notice. That lack of professionalism and ethics is unacceptable.
I don't recommend this place if you're looking for fair, transparent, and professional service.
I've attached photos of how all my rims looked after the service; you can judge for yourselves if it was worth what they charged.

It was a terrible experience. The guy at the counter has a terrible attitude; he doesn't offer any options. It's like he's there to sell nothing. Management should really review the type of staff they hire because they're providing awful service!
It's unacceptable that this is happening at a Michelin dealership. What a shame!

They're professional and their discounts are excellent.
