Terrible service. The guy named Manuel provides awful service. My father-in-law brought his truck in for one tire and ended up buying two. Then he brought his car in, and Manuel wouldn't even let him drive it in to see if he needed tires. It's a shame because he was going to buy four, but because of him, we won't be back. It's a pity that because of people who provide terrible service, the business doesn't have any customers.

They do unnecessary work (or don't do it at all) and charge you for it. Let me tell you about my experience. I only requested a front alignment (since that's the standard), but the receptionist insisted my car needed a rear alignment (which costs $360, even though I should have only paid $290 for the front alignment). Otherwise, they wouldn't give me a warranty, so I agreed. Imagine my surprise when I saw the numerical results of the alignment... they hadn't adjusted the camber angle on the front suspension. And that wasn't the worst part. The rear alignment readings before and after the alignment were practically the same; in other words, they didn't do anything, and they still had the nerve to charge me. I uploaded the photo with the numerical results of the alignment to the AI (artificial intelligence) along with my car model, and it categorically stated that the rear axle is a torsion beam (semi-rigid) which, from the factory, is not adjustable (with a traditional alignment, only at a body shop). The person who assisted me assured me that, according to my model, I did need a rear alignment... which can only be described as fraud or a scam. Be careful. In short, I will never go back there and I will never recommend that center to anyone I know.
