I asked them to change 4 tires. They stole 4 wheel emblems (they said that the wheel emblems came off when they changed the tires for some reason, and gave me fake emblems). They also didn't adjust the tire balance, so after the tire change, I started to feel vibrations when driving at high speeds. The price for changing the tires was lower price, but in the end, I couldn't trust this shop, so I had to have the emblems and balance adjusted at another shop, so the total price was higher than the official estimate. and spend my time 4days more. I don't recommend this shop.

I bought a tire and it was missing the lug nut and the cap!
I only realized it much later, and now I see in the comments that I'm not the only one whose lug nuts were stolen... Their rating is going from bad to worse 😪

Good prices, good quality new tires, free installation; if they don't have them in stock, they'll order them, although they did take a little while to arrive—two weeks—but in the end, everything was fine. Good service. Many branches throughout the city.

I made an online purchase on their website, and when I arrived at the branch on the date agreed upon via WhatsApp, it turned out they hadn't registered the transaction and refused to honor the website price with the coupon. On top of that, the service from their employees was terrible—they were rude, arrogant, and didn't even try to resolve the problem on their own platform, instead telling me I had to do everything myself. Furthermore, years ago they damaged a lug nut I had. Even more reasons for me not to return or recommend this place.

There are bad staff attitudes in the world. But this place's is THE WORST. The staff's service is terrible, they'll treat you very poorly, and with arrogance... incredible.
What a shame because I haven't had such bad experiences with the rest of the chain. No way. I guess the rest of the managers don't know the kind of people they put at the front desk.
