Terrible customer service. They didn't give me my invoice the same day, so I had to return several times until I got it. The work done on the car was shoddy. I bought new tires, and they didn't perform the alignment; I had to return to ask them to do it. They didn't perform the alignment properly, so I had to take the car elsewhere to have it properly aligned. Due to the poor alignment, a tire was ruined, and they didn't honor the warranty I purchased. They don't have the equipment and tools necessary for the work they perform. To avoid problems and headaches, it's best to take your car elsewhere.

I do not recommend this workshop. Advisor Alan Michel Gomez Hernandez sent me a cost for the major tune-up service, brake cleaning and adjustment, injector washing, throttle body washing, but when I picked up the unit, the levels were not filled and he told me it was because it did not have green antifreeze, which is what my vehicle has. In addition, they did not even wash the vehicle or clean the engine. When I requested my invoice, he told me that he does not have a system and after I contacted the service center, he told me that it would have an extra cost because he believed that only a note was going to be required and did not contemplate the brake cleaning and adjustment, injector washing, and throttle body cleaning, which is why I have many doubts about whether the services I paid for were performed.

Excellent service and attention from its staff, they offer the best service and quality in experts in the matter. Do not leave your life in the hands of someone who does not know. Go with the experts, as they say, a good tire can be crucial to save your life. Highly recommended.
