The service was excellent. I inquired about costs and times days before, and on the day I went, the service was as fast as possible and the attention was very good.

Terrible customer service. They didn't give me my invoice the same day, so I had to return several times until I got it. The work done on the car was shoddy. I bought new tires, and they didn't perform the alignment; I had to return to ask them to do it. They didn't perform the alignment properly, so I had to take the car elsewhere to have it properly aligned. Due to the poor alignment, a tire was ruined, and they didn't honor the warranty I purchased. They don't have the equipment and tools necessary for the work they perform. To avoid problems and headaches, it's best to take your car elsewhere.

I do not recommend this workshop. The advisor, Alan Michel Gómez Hernández, sent me a quote for a major tune-up, brake cleaning and adjustment, injector cleaning, and throttle body cleaning. However, when I picked up the vehicle, he hadn't topped up the fluids and told me it was because he didn't have the green antifreeze my vehicle uses. Furthermore, they didn't even wash the vehicle or clean the engine. When I asked for an invoice, he said his system was down. After I contacted the service center, he told me there would be an extra charge because he thought I would only need a receipt and hadn't included the brake cleaning and adjustment, injector cleaning, and throttle body cleaning. This makes me seriously doubt whether the services I paid for were actually performed.

Excellent service and attention from its staff, they offer the best service and quality in experts in the matter. Do not leave your life in the hands of someone who does not know. Go with the experts, as they say, a good tire can be crucial to save your life. Highly recommended.
