Stepped on a pothole night before i went. Went to replace 1 tire they were done within 30 minutes.

They have good products, but the staff treats you like you're asking them for an awkward favor. You're paying for a service, and they seem to have no desire to work. If they don't like working in customer service, they should move to another area. The only person who has been relatively friendly is the billing clerk in the waiting area. I went twice this week, and it was the same.

The problem itself was the installation. I don't blame the company as a whole, but rather its inefficient staff. I purchased one tire from them (purchase receipt attached), and during installation, they made the mistake of NOT TIGHTENING THE LUG BRACKETS CORRECTLY. This resulted in the tire coming off the axle while I was driving, damaging other parts of my truck (repair receipt attached). When I called the salesperson who sold it to me, he completely disclaimed responsibility, even though it's perfectly clear it was their mistake. Thank God I wasn't driving at high speed, because if I had been, the consequences would have been worse.
Update: They contacted me and paid for the damages. However, I reiterate that this was just a minor incident, and safety is very important, because if it had been a much bigger loss, it wouldn't have been so easy to fix.
