Stepped on a pothole night before i went. Went to replace 1 tire they were done within 30 minutes.

The problem itself was the installation. I don't blame the company itself, but rather its inefficient staff. I purchased one tire from them (I attach the purchase note). During installation, they made the mistake of NOT TIGHTENING THE LUG NUTS CORRECTLY. This caused the tire to come off its axle when it was in use, damaging more parts of my truck (I attach the repair note).
When I called the agent who sold it to me, he completely disassociated himself from the problem, even though it was perfectly obvious that it was their mistake. Thank God I wasn't speeding, otherwise the consequences would have been worse.
Update: They contacted me and paid for the damages. However, I reiterate that this time it was only a minor issue and that a safety issue is very important, since if it had been a worse loss, it wouldn't have been fixed that easily.

Their customer service is terrible. We requested an interest-free payment plan, but they charged me in full. The receptionist told me it was a problem with my bank, which is unacceptable since the payment was processed through their terminal. One of the tires I bought only lasted a month and broke at the first pothole. Regarding the warranty, the same receptionist told me I should contact the person who helped me on the phone. I asked to speak to the manager, they called him, and he told the receptionist (I overheard) that he was busy and that someone else should help me. They sent me to another counter clerk who kept me waiting for half an hour and then asked me questions again, forcing me to explain everything that had happened. She told me again that they couldn't do anything and that I should call the number where I bought the tires. They clearly lack customer service training. They need a manager present to resolve problems and prevent them from engaging in deceptive payment practices. I have decided never to buy from any of their branches again.
