Prodynamics Tires is located on Avenida Américas. There are several other places nearby that are also worth visiting. Alfredo's is right across the street. They offer good service and the place is comfortable. They have a good selection of tires and the shop is very well-maintained for a tire shop.

Despite their affordable prices, I had a generally bad experience. I made my purchase online. The tires took almost a month to arrive, which didn't bother me too much, since I wasn't in a rush because my old tires were still holding up. Besides, the customer service via WhatsApp was relatively good.
On the day of the installation, I arrived early, at opening time. The employee Ulises attended to me, and his service was just okay. I noticed he was very direct and unfiltered when speaking, as if he were doing me a favor by helping me. Unfortunately, I witnessed him arguing rudely with an elderly gentleman, a neighbor, who had only come to ask about prices. This type of behavior is unacceptable in customer service.
Another negative point was the condition of the place; it was dirty, and there was bird droppings on the chairs in the outdoor seating area.
In contrast, Mr. Gustavo was excellent: he was friendly, quick, and respectful at all times (he installed the tires for me).
However, no one showed me the tires before installing them. I had to go over myself to verify that they were the model and size I had ordered. Furthermore, once they were installed, I spoke with Ulises and a young woman, both of whom told me that everything was done, but they didn't give me any receipt or proof of installation. I had to ask them to print it out for me so I would have documentation in case of a warranty claim.
In short, the tires are cheap, but the customer service at this branch leaves much to be desired.
