Good service.,but some of the employees took longer to complete the job because he went to lunch .,they need to improve the customer service and make sure if one employee goes to lunch or break make sure somebody else replace his position in order to complete the job .,because of that we lost 30 to 45 mins .,and at the front the sales man did a good job and keep us updated on our vehicle.,

hace un mes compré las 4 llantas, el servicio de venta fue bueno (aunque solo habia un vendedor, supongo por ser fin de semana).
Posteriormente al instalarlas el tecnico me dijo si me reparaba los rines que porque traian golpes, a lo que me negue, me insisitio en repararlos y le dije que no. hizo el comentario que se podia salir el aire por ahi y que no entraria garantia por eso, le volvi a decir que no queria la reparación. y continuo con la instalación.
Al manejar el carro lo senti con las llantas bajas asi que fui a echarle aire a la gasolinera y estaban bajas (posteriormente el aire se mantuvo casi 3 semanas), por lo que sospechaba del tecnico. deje de darle importancia. hace unos dias al salir a carretera el carro tenia demasiada vibración de 125-150km/hr.
Fui a otro taller a revisar el balanceo de las llantas y resulta ser que en Prodynamics el tecnico ni siquiera se habia tomado la molestia de balancearlas y lo hizo de mala forma.
por lo cual, no recomiendo esta sucursal, veo que no soy el unico con quejas.
Tomen esta información como les convenga, no volveria a acudir a esta sucursal.

Excellent place for everything! Tires? They have them! Brakes? Suspension? Tune-up? They have it all! Very professional and the service is top-notch.

Terrible service. I bought four new tires for my truck from this place, and everything seemed fine. The problem arose when I requested an alignment. They performed both services at the same time, but luckily for me, they misaligned my truck.
I had to go back to the place to have it checked, and they confirmed that it was done incorrectly because my shock absorbers were damaged. At the same time, they wanted to charge me 5,000 pesos plus labor.
I requested a refund for the alignment, and I've been waiting a month for a refund, and now they haven't responded and just keep putting me off.
I don't recommend this place. I can't trust a place that gives you two different options for the same situation. Don't waste your money.
