Terrible experience, they don't honor warranties, take precautions, they give denials and lies, they shamelessly refuse to see the evidence right in front of them.

Terrible service, both by phone and in person. They give you a quoted price over the phone ☎️, and then you arrive at the location and it's a different price. Yes, you arrive and there's no one to greet you or offer you the product! If you buy something, they give you a different price for the installation! Another price for the warranty policy, when they'd already quoted you a price that included installation, VAT, and the policy. Deplorable, highly not recommended!

I took my F150 in for an alignment. I asked if they had an alignment machine, and they said yes. I left it for about four hours, went to pick it up, and it still felt the same—the car was pulling to one side. I went back to the shop, and they told me, "Oh, the alignment machine doesn't work!" How is it possible they charged me for something they didn't do?! What kind of crooks work at this shop? Never take your cars there!
