Disapointed on Oct 3. I had a simple wheel balancing service one month later i find both front wheel had lug nuts that were never tightened 2 on one side and one on the other. Thats a major safty issue, you guys can do better!

For Ensenada standards the service is really good. I changed two of my tires after making an appointment. It was fast and easy
