Great service, great people

The last time I went to this business was over a year ago. On that occasion, I took my car in for an alignment, and the service wasn't very good. However, this last visit, I was pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent, both from the person who greeted me and the technician who performed the alignment. The service was also quick.
I also requested a quote for new tires for another vehicle, and they gave me a detailed explanation of the different tire models available.
I would definitely return for future service.

It's very painful for me to write these bad words here.
I don't think I should have taken the service.
Aside from the financial loss, my family's lives were put in danger and the entire trip was ruined.
I replaced the fork and it was delivered without tightening the bolts. They said they also performed alignment upon receipt, but it was a lie: alignment cannot physically be performed in a situation where the fork hasn't been bolted down.
Such an incomplete vehicle resulted in a situation where the tires shifted while driving, causing loss of control and the need for towing.
Imagine a car moving without bolts to keep the tires straight.
It would be like a bicycle riding without handlebars.
The children screamed as their families lost control of the car.
As a result, the car was towed down the highway.
When the vehicle was inspected again, it was found that no bolts had been used to mount the fork, and no threads were found, which is what happens when bolts are installed. In the engineer's opinion, the bolts had been delivered unassembled in the first place. They said they would repair it free of charge, but after the repair, it continued to behave suspiciously, and when they took it to another garage, they found bent stabilizers, a deformed fork, a warped suspension, knuckles, steering rack, and axle housing.
Unfortunately, the insurance wouldn't cover it, as it wasn't an accident and was a maintenance failure. The cost of the repairs, including towing fees, exceeded 60,000 MXN.
At the very least, we asked them for a refund of the fork costs of 5,600 MXN, but their comment was that a Cuban engineer did it; he's no longer with us, and the company isn't responsible for it. When I asked if the engineer was responsible, they remained silent. What devastated me the most was that the people who served me only shouted that it was impossible, that they had never seen anything like this, that it was out of the ordinary, and that they did nothing to be helpful in my situation. The quality of their service put my family's life in danger, which is the only fact and the indisputable truth. To this day, the screams of my relatives remain disturbing and traumatic.
Please think carefully before making the decision to receive services here.
You are the only one who can protect your family and nothing else.

Poor service. Slow and unprofessional. You have to chase them down, and they don't send the quotes they offer. Plus, it's expensive.
